Designed with a compact yet highly efficient bar-and-plate core, this intercooler effectively cools intake air in high-performance applications up to 1500 horsepower. Its dual-pass coolant flow configuration allows for optimal heat transfer, making it suitable for a wide range of demanding automotive builds. The robust construction features 5mm-thick cast-aluminum end tanks that are custom engineered for superior airflow and durability, with TIG-welded joints capable of handling boost pressures up to 100 psi. The CNC-machined ribbed inlet and outlet coupler connections ensure maximum grip and secure piping connections, simplifying installation and reducing potential leaks.
