The optimized 3.50-inch-thick core can reduce intake air temperatures by up to 36°F at wide-open throttle while providing a 30% lower pressure drop than the factory unit. Lower restriction helps reduce turbocharger strain and supports efficient airflow across the RPM range. Durable cast end tanks and billet aluminum ORB ports provide secure, reliable sensor connections, while OEM-matched mounting bushings and the included crush washer support a precise, long-term installation.
