The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 PCV Side, part number JLT3125P-B, helps reduce the amount of oil vapor routed back into the intake system of select Chrysler Pacifica and Chrysler Voyager models. Crankcase ventilation can carry oil vapors into the intake tube and manifold runners, where buildup may affect airflow and contribute to reduced combustion performance. Forced-induction engines can experience even greater crankcase pressure, making effective oil vapor separation especially important. This separator is designed for the PCV side of the system and features a durable black anodized finish.
The J&L multistage filtration system uses a fine stainless steel mesh screen to capture small oil vapors and allow them to condense. A honeycomb aluminum filter further encourages the collected oil to combine and settle into the removable tank base instead of continuing toward the intake. Cleaned air can then pass through the PCV system while separated oil remains contained for routine draining. The tank holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be checked and drained approximately every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine operation.
Milled from solid billet aluminum, the J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is built for reliable service and includes a knurled tank base for convenient removal. An O-ring seal helps prevent leaks, while quick-connect PCV fittings support a straightforward installation on compatible applications. This black anodized oil separator fits select 2017-2026 Chrysler Pacifica models and 2020-2026 Chrysler Voyager models. Verify vehicle fitment and PCV-side application before installation. This product is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in all regions.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
