Protect your 2.0L EcoBoost engine intake system with the J&L Oil Separator 3.0 Driver Side, Part Number JLT3044D-B. Designed for select 2019-2024 Ford and Lincoln SUVs and trucks, this black anodized separator helps reduce the amount of oil vapor and crankcase residue routed back into the intake tract through the PCV system. By capturing suspended oil before it reaches the intake tube, manifold runners, and combustion chamber, it helps support cleaner intake components and preserve fuel octane quality.
The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term service. Its knurled tank base makes removal easier when draining collected oil, while the integrated O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The removable reservoir provides a convenient way to inspect and maintain the system without complicated servicing. The tank holds approximately 3 fluid ounces, and J&L recommends draining it every 2,000-3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine operation.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The mesh captures fine oil vapors and allows them to condense, while the honeycomb stage encourages additional separation so heavier oil droplets fall into the reservoir instead of continuing toward the intake. Cleaned air is then allowed to pass through to the intake system. This driver-side oil separator is engineered for compatible Ford and Lincoln applications equipped with the 2.0L EcoBoost engine.

Eligibility

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
