The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 Driver Side helps reduce oil vapor and crankcase contaminants from entering the intake system of compatible 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma models equipped with the 3.5L engine. Crankcase vapors can carry oil into the intake tube, manifold runners, and combustion process, where buildup may reduce intake cleanliness and affect fuel quality. This separator is designed to intercept those vapors before they reach the intake.
The J&L JLT3104D-C uses a multistage filtration system with a fine stainless steel mesh screen and an aluminum honeycomb filter. The screen captures fine oil vapor particles, while the honeycomb media encourages them to combine into heavier droplets that fall into the removable collection chamber. Cleaned air continues through the PCV system, helping maintain normal crankcase ventilation while reducing the amount of oil sent back into the intake.
Milled from solid billet aluminum, this J&L oil separator provides a durable housing for long-term automotive use. The knurled tank base allows for easier removal during service, and the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The collection chamber holds up to 3 ounces of fluid and should be checked and drained periodically; J&L recommends servicing the separator approximately every 2,000-3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine operation. This driver-side clear anodized application is designed specifically for the listed Toyota Tacoma fitment and is not CARB approved.

After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process

Refunds
