The J&L jltEXT-C Oil Separator 3.0 Cannister Extension increases the capacity of a compatible J&L Oil Separator 3.0 system to 6 ounces. Finished in clear anodizing, this extension is designed for select Ford F-150 applications and is especially useful for truck applications that may benefit from additional oil separator capacity. It installs between the upper and lower sections of the existing canister using the included O-ring sealing interface.
Installation is straightforward: the extension screws onto the existing J&L Oil Separator 3.0 can between the top and bottom sections, creating a secure, sealed connection. Its application-specific design helps maintain compatibility with the original separator system while adding useful collection capacity. Verify the vehicle and oil separator application before ordering, as this extension does not fit every J&L Oil Separator 3.0 configuration.
Compatible applications include 3016P, 3027P, 3028P, 3042P, 3052P, 3055D, 3069D, 3070D, 3071P, 3072P, 3084D, 3085D, 3086D, 3089D, 3107D, and 3108P. The J&L jltEXT-C is intended for automotive use and is not CARB approved. It is supplied as an extension component for a compatible J&L Oil Separator 3.0 installation and should be used according to the separator manufacturer’s application guidance.

Shipping Coverage

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process
Contact our Customer Support team to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending items back.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply (if applicable, this will be disclosed during your return authorization).
