The J&L JLT3129P-C 3.0 PCV Side Oil Separator helps reduce the amount of oil vapor and residue routed back into the intake system of compatible 2016-2022 Honda Pilot models. Crankcase vapors can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, while oil contamination may contribute to reduced intake cleanliness and lower fuel octane. This separator is designed to intercept those vapors before they continue through the PCV system, supporting a cleaner intake path for naturally aspirated and forced-induction applications.
The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 features a solid billet aluminum body with a clear anodized finish for durable, corrosion-resistant performance. Its removable, knurled tank base allows convenient draining, while the integrated O-ring helps maintain a secure seal and prevent leaks. The compact reservoir holds up to 3 fluid ounces of collected oil and should be inspected and drained at regular intervals, typically every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine operation.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The mesh captures fine oil vapors, allowing them to condense and fall into the removable collection chamber. The honeycomb stage further encourages vapor droplets to combine into heavier particles that settle in the tank instead of continuing toward the intake. This design allows cleaner air to pass through while helping limit oil buildup in the PCV system. The J&L JLT3129P-C is intended for automotive use and is not CARB approved.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
