The J&L JLT3129P-B 3.0 PCV Oil Separator is designed for the passenger side of 2016-2022 Honda Pilot models. During normal operation, crankcase vapors can carry oil into the intake tube and manifold runners, where buildup may reduce intake cleanliness and dilute fuel octane. This concern can be more pronounced in engines operating under increased crankcase pressure. The J&L oil separator helps intercept these oil vapors before they continue through the intake system, supporting cleaner intake components and more consistent engine operation.
The separator is milled from solid billet aluminum for durable performance and features a black anodized finish. Its removable, knurled tank base simplifies draining, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Inside, a multistage filtration system uses a fine stainless steel mesh screen to capture suspended oil vapor, followed by an aluminum honeycomb filter that encourages smaller particles to combine and settle into the collection chamber. Cleaned air is then allowed to continue through the PCV system while separated oil remains contained.
The J&L JLT3129P-B has a 3-ounce collection capacity and is intended to be drained periodically as part of routine maintenance. Checking and draining the separator every 2,000 to 3,000 miles can help prevent the collection chamber from becoming full. This automotive oil separator is intended for compatible Honda Pilot applications and is not CARB approved. Verify vehicle fitment before installation.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
