Protect your intake system with the J&L JLT3125P-C 3.0 Oil Separator, engineered for the PCV side of select 2017-2026 Chrysler Pacifica applications. During normal engine operation, crankcase vapors can carry oil into the intake tube and manifold runners. This issue can be more pronounced in forced-induction applications, where increased crankcase pressure may contribute to greater oil vapor buildup. The J&L oil separator helps reduce this contamination before it reaches the intake system.
The J&L JLT3125P-C is milled from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term performance. Its removable, knurled tank base makes draining simple, while the integrated O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The clear anodized finish provides corrosion resistance and a clean appearance suitable for engine-bay installation. Quick-connect PCV fittings support a straightforward installation when used with the appropriate vehicle connections.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The screen captures fine oil vapors and allows them to collect until they become heavy enough to fall into the removable tank. The honeycomb filter further separates remaining oil mist while permitting cleaner air to continue through the PCV system. With a 3-ounce collection capacity, the separator is designed to be drained periodically, typically every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine operation.
The J&L JLT3125P-C 3.0 Oil Separator is intended for automotive use and is not CARB approved. Verify vehicle fitment, PCV connection configuration, and applicable emissions requirements before installation. This product fits select 2017-2026 Chrysler Pacifica models and is also identified for 2020-2025 Chrysler Voyager applications.

Eligibility

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
