The J&L JLT3097P-B Oil Separator 3.0 is designed for the PCV side of the 2023-2026 Ford F-150 Raptor R with the 5.2L engine. During normal engine operation, crankcase vapors can carry oil into the intake tube and manifold runners, where buildup may reduce intake cleanliness and dilute fuel. Forced-induction engines can experience increased crankcase pressure, making effective oil vapor separation especially important. This black anodized oil separator helps capture suspended oil before it reaches the intake system.
The separator uses a multistage filtration system to separate fine oil vapors from the PCV airflow. A fine stainless steel mesh screen captures vapor droplets, while the aluminum honeycomb filter encourages smaller particles to combine into heavier droplets. The collected oil falls into the removable reservoir, allowing cleaner air to continue toward the intake. The solid billet aluminum construction provides a durable, serviceable design for demanding automotive applications.
A knurled tank base makes the reservoir easy to remove for draining, and the integrated O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Quick-connect PCV fittings support a straightforward installation while maintaining secure hose connections. The reservoir holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be inspected and drained periodically; J&L recommends servicing the separator approximately every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine use. This J&L oil separator is intended for compatible 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Ford F-150 Raptor R applications and is not CARB approved.
This product is supplied as one J&L Oil Separator 3.0 PCV Side in black anodized finish. Verify vehicle fitment and engine configuration before installation. Follow all applicable installation and maintenance instructions to ensure proper PCV operation.

Eligibility

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
