Protect your 2024-2026 Ford Mustang EcoBoost intake system with the J&L JLT3095D-C 3.0 Driver-Side Oil Separator. During normal engine operation, crankcase pressure routes oil-laden vapors back through the intake system. These vapors can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, while potentially lowering fuel octane. The effects can be more pronounced on turbocharged engines because of increased crankcase pressure. This J&L oil separator helps capture suspended oil before it can continue into the intake tract.
The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator uses a multistage filtration system to separate fine oil vapors from the PCV airflow. A stainless steel mesh screen traps fine particles, allowing them to condense and fall into the removable reservoir. The vapor then passes through an aluminum honeycomb filter, which encourages additional condensation before the cleaned air returns to the intake. This design helps reduce oil accumulation while maintaining proper PCV airflow.
Milled from solid billet aluminum, the separator provides a durable housing with a clear anodized finish. The knurled tank base makes removal convenient for draining collected fluid, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Quick-connect PCV fittings support a clean installation, and the compact reservoir is designed for routine maintenance. J&L recommends inspecting and draining the separator every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine use. The 3-ounce capacity is sized for regular service without unnecessary bulk.
The J&L JLT3095D-C is designed for the driver side of 2024, 2025, and 2026 Ford Mustang models equipped with the EcoBoost engine. It is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use in emissions-regulated applications. Verify vehicle fitment and local regulations before installation.

Eligibility
