The J&L JLT3092P-C Oil Separator 3.0 is designed for the PCV side of 2024-2026 Ford Mustang 5.0L engines equipped with a Whipple supercharger. Crankcase ventilation can carry oil vapors into the intake tube and manifold, where they may contribute to residue buildup and reduce fuel octane. Forced-induction applications can experience increased crankcase pressure, making effective vapor separation especially important. This oil separator helps intercept those vapors before they reach the intake system.
The separator is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable, dependable service. Its multistage filtration system uses a fine stainless steel mesh screen to capture oil vapor, followed by an aluminum honeycomb filter that promotes coalescence so collected oil becomes heavy enough to drain into the removable reservoir. Cleaned air is then allowed to continue through the PCV system. Quick-connect PCV fittings simplify installation and service, while the knurled tank base makes removal convenient when draining the separator.
The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 holds up to 3 fluid ounces of collected oil and features an O-ring seal to help prevent leaks. Regular inspection and draining every 2,000 to 3,000 miles can help maintain proper capacity and filtration performance. Finished in clear anodized aluminum, the JLT3092P-C provides a clean appearance and durable protection for the separator body. It is intended for automotive applications and is not CARB approved.

Shipping Coverage

After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
