The J&L JLT3092P-B Oil Separator 3.0 is designed for the PCV side of 2024-2026 Ford Mustang 5.0L engines equipped with a Whipple supercharger. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil vapor can travel through the intake system, where it may collect in the intake tubing and manifold runners or contribute to reduced fuel octane. Forced-induction applications can experience increased crankcase pressure, making effective oil vapor separation especially important. This J&L oil separator helps capture suspended oil before it reaches the intake tract.
The separator is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable, reliable performance. Its removable knurled tank base makes draining simple, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Quick-connect PCV fittings support a clean installation and convenient service. The black anodized finish provides a durable surface and a clean appearance suited to the Mustang engine bay.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The screen captures fine oil vapor and allows it to condense, while the honeycomb media promotes additional separation as the vapor passes through. Collected oil falls into the removable bottom, allowing cleaner air to continue through the PCV system and back toward the intake. The reservoir holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be drained periodically, typically every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine use. The J&L JLT3092P-B is intended for the specified Mustang and Whipple supercharger application and is not CARB approved.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
