Help reduce oil vapor buildup in the intake system with the J&L JLT3089D-C Oil Separator 3.0. Designed for the driver side of 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD, and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 trucks equipped with the 6.6L gasoline engine, this separator helps limit the amount of crankcase oil vapor routed back into the intake. Reducing accumulated oil can help keep the intake tract cleaner and prevent vapor-related contamination that may affect engine performance and fuel quality.
The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term service. Its knurled tank base makes removal convenient when draining collected fluid, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Quick-connect PCV fittings support a straightforward installation and secure connection to the factory crankcase ventilation system. The clear anodized finish adds corrosion resistance and a clean appearance under the hood.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The screen captures fine oil vapors, allowing them to condense and fall into the removable collection tank. The honeycomb stage further separates suspended oil from the airflow so cleaner air can continue toward the intake. The tank holds approximately 3 fluid ounces and should be inspected and drained periodically, typically every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine use. This product is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use in all applications or locations.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process

Refunds
