Help protect the intake system of your 2021.5-2024 Ford Bronco 2.3L EcoBoost with the J&L JLT3075P-B 3.0 Oil Separator. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil vapor can travel through the PCV system and accumulate in the intake tube, manifold runners, and combustion process. Forced-induction engines such as the Bronco 2.3L EcoBoost can experience increased crankcase pressure, making vapor control especially important. This black anodized oil separator is designed to capture suspended oil before it reaches the intake, helping maintain cleaner intake components and preserve fuel quality.
The separator is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term service. Its multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter to trap small oil vapors, combine them into heavier droplets, and return them to the removable collection chamber. Cleaned air continues through the PCV system while collected oil settles in the bottom tank. A knurled base supports easy removal for draining, and an O-ring seal helps prevent leaks during operation.
Installation is simplified with quick-connect PCV fittings and vehicle-specific fitment for the later 2021.5-2024 Ford Bronco 2.3L EcoBoost PCV configuration. Ford changed the PCV line location during the 2021 model year, and this kit is intended for Broncos using the later configuration. Vehicles with 2021 build dates should be checked against the installation instructions before purchase; the change is believed to have occurred around October 2021. For routine maintenance, inspect and drain the separator approximately every 2,000-3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions. The J&L JLT3075P-B has a 3-ounce fluid capacity and is designed for the driver-side application.
