The J&L JLT3073P-C 3.0 Oil Separator helps reduce the amount of oil vapor and contaminants routed through the crankcase ventilation system and into the intake tract. During normal operation, crankcase vapors can collect in the intake tube and manifold runners, while forced induction can increase crankcase pressure and worsen buildup. Designed for the passenger side of the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco equipped with the 2.7L EcoBoost engine, this oil separator provides a dedicated solution for capturing those unwanted vapors before they reach the intake.
The separator is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term performance. Its clear anodized finish provides corrosion resistance, while the knurled tank base allows for easy removal during service. An O-ring seal helps prevent leaks, and quick-connect PCV fittings simplify installation. The compact tank holds up to 3 fluid ounces and is designed to be drained periodically as part of routine maintenance.
J&L uses a multistage filtration system to separate oil from the passing air. A fine stainless steel mesh screen captures small oil vapors and allows them to combine into heavier droplets. The vapor then passes through an aluminum honeycomb filter, which further encourages separation before the collected oil falls into the removable bottom reservoir. Cleaned air continues through the PCV system, helping reduce oil accumulation in the intake. For best results, inspect and drain the separator every 2,000-3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine use.
This J&L oil separator is intended for automotive applications and fits the passenger side of select 2021-2026 Ford Bronco models with the 2.7L EcoBoost engine. Confirm vehicle application before ordering. It is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in all areas.

Shipping Coverage

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
