The J&L JLT3073P-B 3.0 Oil Separator helps reduce the amount of oil vapor routed back into the intake system of your 2021-2026 Ford Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost. Crankcase pressure can carry oil vapor into the intake tube and manifold runners, where it may contribute to buildup and reduce fuel octane. These effects can be more pronounced on turbocharged and supercharged engines. Installed on the passenger side, this J&L oil separator is designed to capture suspended oil before it reaches the intake.
The separator is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term performance. Its multistage filtration system uses a fine stainless steel mesh screen to trap oil vapor, followed by an aluminum honeycomb filter that encourages smaller droplets to combine and fall into the removable reservoir. Cleaned air continues through the PCV system while collected fluid remains contained inside the separator. A knurled tank base makes removal and draining straightforward, and the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks.
Designed for practical maintenance, the J&L 3.0 oil separator features quick-connect PCV fittings and a removable bottom for convenient servicing. The reservoir holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be inspected and drained regularly, typically every 2,000 to 3,000 miles depending on driving conditions and engine operation. This product is intended for automotive applications and is not CARB approved. Verify vehicle fitment before installation for the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco equipped with the 2.7L EcoBoost engine.
