The J&L jlt3066P-B 3.0 Passenger-Side Oil Separator helps reduce oil vapor buildup in the intake tract of compatible 5.7L engines. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil-laden vapors can collect inside the intake tube and manifold runners, while forced-induction applications may experience increased crankcase pressure. By separating oil from the vapor stream before it returns to the intake, this J&L oil separator helps support cleaner intake components and preserve fuel octane quality.
Constructed from solid billet aluminum, the separator provides durable performance with a black anodized finish. The knurled tank base allows quick removal for draining, while the integrated O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Its multistage filtration system uses a fine stainless steel mesh screen to capture fine oil vapors, followed by an aluminum honeycomb filter that encourages the collected oil to condense and fall into the removable lower tank. Cleaned air can then continue through the PCV system toward the intake.
The J&L 3.0 oil separator holds up to 3 fluid ounces of collected oil and is designed for straightforward maintenance. Inspect and drain the separator approximately every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine condition. This passenger-side configuration is designed for select 2011-2026 Dodge Durango and 2011-2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee models equipped with the 5.7L engine. Verify vehicle fitment before installation. The product is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in all areas.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
