The J&L JLT3063P-C 3.0 Passenger-Side Oil Separator helps reduce oil vapor and crankcase contaminants from entering the intake system of compatible 6.4L Hemi engines. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil vapors can collect in the intake tube and manifold runners, while forced-induction applications may experience increased crankcase pressure. By separating these contaminants before they reach the intake, this J&L oil separator helps support cleaner intake components and more consistent engine operation.
The separator is manufactured from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term use and finished with a clear anodized coating. Its knurled tank base allows convenient removal for draining, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The removable reservoir holds up to 3 fluid ounces, and regular service every 2,000 to 3,000 miles helps maintain effective collection without approaching capacity under typical operating conditions.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The screen captures fine oil vapor particles, allowing them to condense and fall into the reservoir, while the honeycomb media further increases droplet size so contaminants are retained instead of being routed back into the intake. Cleaned air continues through the PCV system while collected oil remains contained in the separator.
Designed for the passenger side of select 2011-2023 Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, Chrysler 300C, and Jeep Grand Cherokee models equipped with the SRT 6.4L Hemi, as well as 2018-2026 Dodge Durango SRT8 applications. Verify vehicle year, engine, and side-specific fitment before installation. The J&L JLT3063P-C is intended for automotive use and is not CARB approved.

Shipping Coverage

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
