The J&L JLT3063P-B 3.0 passenger-side oil separator is designed for 6.4L Hemi-powered Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, Chrysler 300C, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Dodge Durango 392 applications. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil vapor can travel through the intake system, where it may collect in the intake tube and manifold runners or contribute to reduced fuel octane. Forced-induction engines can experience increased crankcase pressure, making effective oil vapor control especially important.
Constructed from solid billet aluminum, the J&L oil separator provides durable performance and a clean, finished appearance with its black anodized coating. The removable tank base features a knurled surface for easy service, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Its multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter to capture oil vapor, condense it into droplets, and return it to the collection chamber while allowing cleaner air to continue through the intake system.
The J&L JLT3063P-B has a 3-ounce collection capacity and is intended to be drained periodically as part of routine maintenance. J&L recommends checking and draining the separator approximately every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine configuration. This passenger-side separator is designed for select 2011-2023 SRT 6.4L Hemi vehicles and 2018-2026 Durango 392 models; verify vehicle fitment before installation.

Shipping Coverage

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process
Contact our Customer Support team to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending items back.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
