The J&L JLT3062P-C 3.0 passenger-side oil separator is designed for 2005-2010 6.1L Hemi SRT8 applications, including the Dodge Charger, Challenger, 300C, Magnum, and Jeep models. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil vapor can travel through the intake system and accumulate in the intake tube, manifold runners, and combustion process. This effect can be more pronounced on supercharged and turbocharged engines because of increased crankcase pressure. By separating oil vapor before it reaches the intake, this J&L oil separator helps support cleaner intake components and more consistent engine operation.
The separator is milled from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term service. Its knurled tank base allows for easy removal when draining collected oil, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The clear anodized satin finish provides corrosion resistance and a clean appearance suitable for engine compartments. The removable reservoir is designed for straightforward inspection and maintenance without requiring complicated service procedures.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The screen captures fine oil vapors and allows them to condense, while the honeycomb media encourages additional separation as vapor passes through. Collected oil falls into the bottom of the separator while cleaner air continues through the PCV system toward the intake. The reservoir holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be checked and drained periodically, typically every 2,000 to 3,000 miles depending on driving conditions and engine configuration.
Designed for the passenger side, the J&L JLT3062P-C fits select 2006-2010 Dodge Charger, 2008-2009 Dodge Challenger, and 2006-2007 Dodge Magnum applications listed for 6.1L Hemi SRT8 engines. Eligibility

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
