The J&L JLT3062P-B 3.0 Oil Separator helps reduce the amount of oil vapor routed through the PCV system and back into the intake. Crankcase vapors can collect in the intake tube, manifold runners, and combustion system, where they may contribute to deposits and reduced fuel octane. These conditions can be more pronounced on supercharged and turbocharged engines, making effective oil vapor separation especially important for maintaining a cleaner intake tract.
The separator is precision milled from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term service. Its knurled tank base allows easy removal for draining, while the integrated O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The black anodized finish provides a clean appearance and added surface protection for installation in the engine compartment. Designed for passenger-side installation, this J&L oil separator is a direct-fit solution for select 6.1L Hemi applications.
Inside, a fine stainless steel mesh screen captures small oil vapors and allows them to condense. The collected fluid then passes into an aluminum honeycomb filter that promotes further separation, allowing heavier oil droplets to fall into the removable tank while cleaner air continues toward the intake. The reservoir holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be inspected and drained approximately every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine configuration.
The J&L JLT3062P-B fits select 2005-2010 Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Magnum, Chrysler 300C, and Jeep vehicles equipped with the 6.1L Hemi engine. Verify vehicle year, model, engine, and passenger-side fitment before installation. This product is not CARB approved.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
