The J&L jlt3061P-C 3.0 Oil Separator helps reduce oil vapor buildup in the intake tract of 5.7L HEMI engines. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil vapors can collect in the intake tube and manifold runners, while forced-induction applications may experience increased crankcase pressure. By separating oil from the PCV airflow before it reaches the intake, this passenger-side separator helps support cleaner intake components and preserves the quality of the incoming air-fuel mixture.
The separator is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term performance. Its knurled tank base allows convenient removal for draining, while the integrated O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The clear anodized satin finish provides corrosion resistance and a clean appearance that complements a variety of engine compartments.
J&L uses a multistage filtration system to capture fine oil vapors while allowing cleaned air to continue through the intake system. A fine stainless steel mesh screen traps suspended vapor, and a 1/2-inch aluminum honeycomb filter promotes additional condensation so collected oil can fall into the removable base. The tank holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be drained approximately every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine operation.
This J&L oil separator is designed for the passenger side of select 5.7L HEMI Dodge Charger, Challenger, 300C, and Magnum applications from 2005 through 2023. Verify vehicle year, model, engine, and installation position before ordering. This product is not CARB approved.

Shipping Coverage

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
