The J&L JLT3060P-C 3.0 Oil Separator helps reduce the amount of oil vapor routed through the crankcase ventilation system and back into the intake. Oil vapor can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, while forced-induction engines may experience increased crankcase pressure. By separating oil from the PCV airflow, this passenger-side oil separator helps keep the intake tract cleaner and helps prevent oil vapor from diluting the fuel mixture and lowering octane.
Constructed from solid billet aluminum, the J&L 3.0 Oil Separator is designed for strength and long-term durability. Its knurled tank base allows for quick removal when draining collected oil, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The internal filtration system uses a fine stainless steel mesh screen followed by an aluminum honeycomb filter to capture oil vapors, condense them into heavier droplets, and direct them into the removable collection tank while allowing cleaner air to continue through the intake system.
With a 3-ounce collection capacity, the separator is intended to be drained periodically as part of routine maintenance. J&L recommends checking and draining the unit approximately every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine use. Quick-connect PCV fittings support a straightforward installation. This clear-anodized passenger-side separator fits select 2015-2023 Hellcat, 2018-2021 Trackhawk, 2018 Demon, and 2021-2026 Durango Hellcat models equipped with the 6.2L HEMI engine. Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
