The J&L JLT3059P-B Oil Separator 3.0 is designed for the PCV side of select 2025–2026 Ford Bronco and Ford Ranger models equipped with the 2.3L EcoBoost engine. During normal engine operation, crankcase pressure can carry oil vapor into the intake tube, intake manifold runners, and combustion system. This accumulation can contribute to intake contamination and may dilute fuel, reducing its effective octane level. Forced-induction engines can experience increased crankcase pressure, making effective oil vapor separation especially important.
Constructed from solid billet aluminum with a black anodized finish, the J&L oil separator provides durable, long-term service. Its removable, knurled tank base allows for straightforward draining, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Quick-connect PCV fittings simplify installation and help maintain a secure connection between the separator and the vehicle’s PCV system. The compact design integrates cleanly into the engine compartment without requiring changes to the vehicle’s factory intake system.
The multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The screen captures fine oil vapors, allowing them to collect and fall into the removable reservoir as they become heavier. The honeycomb filter further encourages vapor condensation before the air continues toward the intake. With a 3-ounce collection capacity, the separator is intended to be drained periodically; checking and draining it every 2,000–3,000 miles helps maintain effective operation and prevents collected oil from returning to the intake.
Designed specifically for compatible 2.3L EcoBoost applications, the J&L JLT3059P-B helps reduce oil vapor contamination while preserving PCV airflow. Verify vehicle year, engine, and PCV-side fitment before installation. This product is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in certain regions.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
