The J&L JLT3050P-B 3.0 V2 passenger-side oil separator is designed for 2011-2017 Ford Mustang models equipped with the V6 engine. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil vapor can travel through the PCV system and collect in the intake tube, intake manifold runners, and other components. This buildup can contribute to reduced intake cleanliness and may dilute the fuel mixture. The issue can be more pronounced on vehicles with increased crankcase pressure, including supercharged and turbocharged applications.
The J&L oil separator uses solid billet aluminum construction for durable, long-term performance. Its removable, knurled tank base makes draining simple, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Quick-connect PCV fittings support a straightforward installation and secure connection to the factory ventilation system. The black anodized finish provides a clean appearance and added surface protection.
Inside, a multistage filtration system captures suspended oil vapor while allowing cleaned air to continue through the intake path. A fine stainless steel mesh screen traps smaller oil particles, and the aluminum honeycomb filter promotes coalescence so collected oil becomes heavy enough to fall into the removable reservoir. The 3-ounce capacity is sized for routine maintenance, and J&L recommends draining the separator every 2,000 to 3,000 miles to help maintain effective filtration. This passenger-side separator is intended for the specified Mustang V6 fitment and is not CARB approved.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
