The J&L JLT3032P-C 3.0 passenger-side oil separator is designed for 2013-2018 Ford Fusion models equipped with the 2.0L EcoBoost engine. Crankcase ventilation can carry oil vapors into the intake tube, intake manifold runners, and combustion system, where buildup may reduce intake cleanliness and affect fuel octane. This concern can be more pronounced in turbocharged applications because of increased crankcase pressure. The J&L oil separator helps intercept these vapors before they reach the intake system.
Constructed from solid billet aluminum, the J&L 3.0 oil separator provides a durable solution for street and performance applications. Its knurled tank base allows easy removal for draining, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The clear anodized finish adds corrosion resistance and provides a clean appearance under the hood. Designed for passenger-side installation, this separator is engineered to integrate with the vehicle’s crankcase ventilation system.
The multistage filtration system uses a fine stainless steel mesh screen to capture suspended oil vapor and allow collected oil to fall into the removable tank. A 1/2-inch aluminum honeycomb filter further separates the vapor by encouraging smaller droplets to combine into heavier droplets that drain into the bottom of the separator. The tank holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be inspected and drained periodically; J&L recommends servicing it approximately every 2,000 to 3,000 miles based on vehicle use and operating conditions. Installation and service should be performed according to the vehicle and product instructions.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process

Refunds
