The J&L JLT3032P-B 3.0 passenger-side oil separator is designed for 2013-2018 Ford Fusion models equipped with the 2.0L EcoBoost engine. During normal engine operation, crankcase vapors are routed back through the intake system, where suspended oil can collect in the intake tube and manifold runners. Forced-induction engines can experience increased crankcase pressure, making effective oil vapor separation especially important. This oil separator helps intercept those contaminants before they reach the intake system and potentially reduce fuel octane quality.
The separator is precision milled from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term performance. Its knurled tank base allows for easy removal during service, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The removable reservoir provides a convenient way to drain collected oil and other contaminants from the PCV system. The tank holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be inspected and drained regularly, typically every 2,000-3,000 miles depending on driving conditions and engine operation.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The screen captures fine oil vapors and allows them to collect until they become heavy enough to fall into the bottom of the separator. The honeycomb stage further coalesces remaining vapor particles, helping clean air continue through the intake while reducing the amount of oil entering the engine. Finished in black anodized aluminum, the J&L JLT3032P-B provides a clean appearance and application-specific fitment for select Ford vehicles. Eligibility

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
