The J&L JLT3031P-B 3.0 passenger-side oil separator is designed for 2015-2024 Ford Edge Sport/ST applications and select Lincoln MKX models. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil-laden vapors can travel through the intake system, where they may accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners or reduce fuel octane. These effects can be more pronounced in forced-induction engines because of increased crankcase pressure. This oil separator helps capture those contaminants before they reach the intake system.
The separator is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable performance and features a black anodized finish. Its multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter to trap oil vapor, encourage it to condense, and collect it in the removable lower chamber while allowing cleaner air to continue through the PCV system. The knurled tank base supports quick removal for draining, and the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks.
The J&L oil separator includes quick-connect PCV fittings and provides a 3-ounce collection capacity. For best results, inspect and drain the separator every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine operation. This product is intended for automotive use and is not CARB approved. Fitment includes the 2015-2024 Ford Edge Sport/ST and select 2016-2017 Lincoln MKX applications; verify vehicle compatibility before installation.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.

Refunds
