The J&L JLT3027P-B 3.0 passenger-side oil separator is designed for 1999-2004 Ford F-150 Lightning applications. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil vapor can travel through the intake system, where it may accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners or reduce fuel octane. These conditions can be more pronounced on supercharged and turbocharged engines because of increased crankcase pressure. This oil separator helps reduce the amount of oil vapor routed back into the intake by capturing contaminants before they can continue through the PCV system.
The separator is milled from solid billet aluminum for dependable strength and finished with a black anodized coating. Its knurled tank base allows easy removal for draining, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks during operation. A removable collection tank provides approximately 3 ounces of capacity, and routine service every 2,000 to 3,000 miles helps keep the system operating effectively without approaching the tank's capacity.
The multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with a 1/2-inch-thick aluminum honeycomb filter. The mesh captures fine oil vapors, allowing them to collect and fall once they become heavy enough, while the honeycomb media further separates remaining particles before they can pass into the intake. Cleaned air continues through the ventilation system, helping protect intake components from oil residue. The J&L JLT3027P-B is intended for passenger-side installation and is not CARB approved.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
