The J&L JLT3016P-B Oil Separator 3.0 helps reduce the amount of oil vapor carried through the crankcase ventilation system and into the intake tract of your 2011-2026 Ford F-150. Crankcase vapors can collect inside the intake tube and manifold runners, while oil contamination may reduce fuel octane. These effects can be more pronounced on engines operating under forced induction. Designed for the passenger side PCV system, this separator helps keep recirculated air cleaner and supports a cleaner intake system.
The separator is manufactured from solid billet aluminum for durable service and features a black anodized finish. Its multistage filtration system uses a fine stainless steel mesh screen to capture oil vapor, followed by an aluminum honeycomb filter that encourages smaller droplets to combine and fall into the removable collection chamber. Cleaned air continues through the PCV system while separated oil collects at the bottom for convenient removal and draining.
A knurled tank base makes the collection chamber easy to remove, and an O-ring seal helps prevent leaks during operation. Quick-connect PCV fittings simplify installation and provide a secure connection to the factory-style PCV plumbing. The separator has a 3-ounce fluid capacity and should be inspected and drained regularly, with service commonly recommended every 2,000 to 3,000 miles depending on driving conditions. This application is designed for the passenger side of select Ford F-150 models equipped with the 2.7L, 3.5L, or 5.0L engine. Professional installation is recommended, and application verification is advised before purchase.

Eligibility
