The J&L 3.0 Passenger-Side Oil Separator, part number JLT3024P-C, helps protect the intake system of select 2018–2023 Ford Mustang GT models and the 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt from oil vapor carried through the crankcase ventilation system. Crankcase pressure can push oil vapor into the intake tube, manifold runners, and combustion system, where it may contribute to buildup and reduce fuel octane. These effects can be more pronounced on forced-induction engines, making effective oil vapor separation especially important.
The separator is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term service and finished with a clear anodized coating. Its multistage filtration system uses a fine stainless steel mesh screen followed by an aluminum honeycomb filter to capture oil vapors, condense them, and return the collected fluid to the removable tank. Cleaned air continues through the PCV system while separated oil gathers in the bottom for convenient draining.
A knurled tank base makes removal easy during maintenance, while the O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Quick-connect PCV fittings support a straightforward installation, and the compact design is intended for passenger-side PCV applications. The separator holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be checked and drained periodically, typically every 2,000–3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine configuration. This product is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in all areas.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
