The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator, part number JLT3036P-C, is designed for the passenger-side PCV system on select 2011-2014 Ford F-150 models equipped with 5.0L or 6.2L engines, including the SVT Raptor. During normal operation, crankcase pressure can carry oil vapor into the intake tube and manifold runners. This buildup may reduce intake cleanliness and can contribute to lower effective fuel octane. Forced-induction engines may experience increased crankcase pressure, making oil vapor control especially important.
The J&L JLT3036P-C uses a multistage filtration system to separate oil from PCV vapor while allowing cleaned air to continue through the intake system. A fine stainless steel mesh captures small oil particles, while an aluminum honeycomb filter encourages the collected vapor to condense and fall into the removable reservoir. The bottom tank features a knurled design for easier removal, and an O-ring seal helps prevent leaks during use. The reservoir should be checked and drained regularly, typically every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and engine operation.
Milled from solid billet aluminum, this clear-anodized oil separator provides durable construction for long-term automotive use. Quick-connect PCV fittings simplify installation and servicing, while the compact reservoir holds up to 3 fluid ounces of collected oil. The J&L Oil Separator is intended to help reduce oil contamination in the intake tract and is not CARB approved. Verify vehicle and engine compatibility before installation.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
