The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator, part number JLT3027P-C, is designed for the passenger side of 1999–2004 Ford F-150 Lightning applications. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil vapor can travel through the intake tract, where it may accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners or contribute to reduced fuel octane. These conditions can be more pronounced on supercharged and turbocharged engines because of increased crankcase pressure. This oil separator helps reduce the amount of oil vapor returning to the intake system.
The separator is manufactured from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term service and features a clear anodized finish. Its knurled tank base allows for convenient removal during maintenance, while the integrated O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. The compact design installs in the PCV system and provides a practical way to collect suspended oil before it reaches the intake.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The screen captures fine oil vapor, allowing collected oil to condense and drain into the removable tank. The honeycomb filter further promotes vapor separation while allowing cleaned air to continue through the intake system. The tank has a 3-ounce capacity and should be inspected and drained periodically, typically every 2,000–3,000 miles, depending on vehicle use and engine condition.
This J&L oil separator is intended for automotive applications and fits select 1999–2004 Ford F-150 models, including the F-150 Lightning. Verify vehicle fitment and passenger-side PCV configuration before installation. This product is not CARB approved and may not be legal for use on emissions-controlled vehicles in all areas.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
