The J&L 3.0 Passenger Side Oil Separator helps reduce the amount of oil vapor routed back into the intake system of your 2018–2023 Ford Mustang GT. Crankcase vapors can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, potentially lowering air quality and diluting fuel vapor. These conditions can become more pronounced in forced-induction applications where crankcase pressure is increased. The J&L oil separator is designed to capture suspended oil before it reaches the intake, helping support a cleaner intake tract and consistent engine operation.
The JLT3024P-B is milled from solid billet aluminum for a durable, precision-built design. Its black anodized finish provides corrosion resistance and a clean appearance in the engine bay. A knurled tank base allows easy removal for draining, while the integrated O-ring seal helps prevent leaks during operation. Quick-connect PCV fittings simplify installation and provide a secure connection to the vehicle’s crankcase ventilation system.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The mesh captures fine oil vapors and allows collected fluid to fall into the removable lower section, while the honeycomb media encourages additional vapor condensation before the air continues through the system. The separator holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be inspected and drained periodically, generally every 2,000 to 3,000 miles depending on driving conditions and engine configuration.
This J&L oil separator is intended for the passenger-side PCV system on 2018–2023 Ford Mustang GT models. It is engineered for automotive use and includes one separator assembly. Professional installation or careful adherence to the vehicle and product instructions is recommended. This product is not CARB approved.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
