The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator, part number JLT3013P-C, is designed for the passenger side of 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT, Bullitt, and Saleen models. During normal crankcase ventilation, oil vapor can travel through the PCV system and collect inside the intake tube, intake manifold runners, and other components. This can contribute to buildup and may reduce fuel octane. The effect can be more pronounced on supercharged and turbocharged engines because of increased crankcase pressure. This oil separator helps capture those contaminants before they reach the intake system.
The separator is milled from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term performance. Its clear anodized finish provides a clean appearance, while the knurled tank base allows for convenient removal during service. An O-ring seal helps prevent leaks, and quick-connect PCV fittings simplify installation and removal. The compact reservoir is designed to collect oil from the PCV stream without restricting the flow of cleaned air back to the intake.
A multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter. The mesh captures fine oil vapors and allows them to accumulate until they become heavy enough to drain downward. The honeycomb media further encourages vapor condensation, helping separate oil from the PCV airflow before it can continue into the intake. The removable reservoir holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be checked and drained approximately every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, depending on engine condition and driving use. This product is intended for automotive applications and is not CARB approved.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
