The J&L 3.0 Driver-Side Oil Separator helps reduce the amount of oil vapor and residue routed through the intake system of your 2016-2024 Chevrolet Camaro equipped with the LT1 6.2L engine. Crankcase ventilation can carry oil vapor into the intake tube, manifold runners, and combustion process, where it may contribute to buildup and reduced fuel octane. This separator captures those vapors before they reach the intake, supporting cleaner intake components and more consistent engine operation.
The J&L JLT3081D-C is machined from solid billet aluminum for durable, long-term performance. Its clear anodized finish provides corrosion resistance, while the knurled tank base makes removal and draining straightforward. An O-ring seal helps prevent leaks, and quick-connect PCV fittings simplify installation and maintenance. The compact design is intended for the driver-side PCV system on compatible Camaro applications.
Inside, a multistage filtration system uses a fine stainless steel mesh screen followed by an aluminum honeycomb filter. The screen captures fine oil vapors, allowing them to collect and fall into the removable reservoir as they become heavier. The honeycomb stage further separates suspended oil from the airflow so cleaner air can return to the intake. The separator holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be inspected and drained regularly, typically every 2,000 to 3,000 miles depending on driving conditions and engine use. This product is designed for automotive applications and is not CARB approved.

Shipping Coverage

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.

Refunds
