The J&L 3.0 Driver Side Oil Separator is designed for 2015-2023 Ford Mustang EcoBoost models and helps reduce the amount of oil vapor routed through the crankcase ventilation system. Without an oil separator, vaporized oil can collect in the intake tube and manifold runners, while potentially lowering fuel octane. This concern can be more pronounced on turbocharged engines where increased crankcase pressure may carry additional oil vapor into the intake tract.
The J&L oil separator uses solid billet aluminum construction for lasting durability and features a black anodized finish. Its multistage filtration system combines a fine stainless steel mesh screen with an aluminum honeycomb filter to capture oil vapor, condense it, and direct the collected fluid into the removable tank. Cleaned air continues through the PCV system while separated oil remains contained for convenient servicing.
The separator tank includes a knurled base for easier removal, an O-ring seal to help prevent leaks, and quick-connect PCV fittings for a straightforward installation. With a 3-ounce fluid capacity, the tank is intended to be checked and drained periodically, typically every 2,000 to 3,000 miles depending on driving conditions. This J&L part is designed specifically for the driver side of compatible Ford Mustang EcoBoost applications.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process
Contact our Customer Support team to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending items back.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
