The J&L 3.0 Driver-Side Oil Separator is designed for 2011-2017 Ford Mustang GT models and helps reduce the amount of oil vapor routed back into the intake system through the PCV circuit. Crankcase vapors can accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, while forced-induction applications may experience increased crankcase pressure. By capturing suspended oil before it reaches the intake, this separator helps support cleaner intake components and preserves the fuel mixture’s intended octane characteristics. The clear anodized finish provides a clean, durable appearance, while the solid billet aluminum construction is built for reliable automotive use.
The J&L part number JLT3011D-C uses a multistage filtration system to separate fine oil vapors from airflow. A stainless steel mesh screen captures vapor particles and allows collected oil to fall as it becomes heavier. The captured oil then passes through an aluminum honeycomb filter that encourages additional condensation and collection in the lower reservoir. Cleaned air continues through the PCV system while the separated oil remains contained for convenient servicing.
The removable tank base features a knurled surface for easier removal during draining, and an O-ring seal helps prevent leaks. Quick-connect PCV fittings simplify installation and servicing. The reservoir holds up to 3 fluid ounces and should be checked and drained periodically; servicing every 2,000 to 3,000 miles is recommended for typical use. This oil separator is intended for compatible 2011-2017 Ford Mustang GT applications and is not approved for use on emissions-controlled vehicles where applicable.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.

Refunds
