The Injen SP1586WR Cold Air Intake System is designed to significantly enhance airflow and performance on the 2022-2024 Honda Civic and 2023-2024 Acura Integra equipped with 1.5L turbocharged engines. Constructed from durable 6061-T6 aluminum, the intake features mandrel-bent tubing in two sizes: a massive 3.00-inch diameter transitioning into a 2.50-inch section with Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology. This step-down process optimizes airspeed and maximizes power gains across the entire RPM range, providing improved throttle response and increased horsepower and torque. Specifically, this intake system can increase power by approximately 10 horsepower and 9 lb-ft of torque in Civic Si and Acura Integra models, with even higher gains on base Civic models. The system's smooth internal surface eliminates restrictions, allowing for unobstructed airflow and enhanced engine efficiency. The intake also includes a fully serviceable Injen SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which can be maintained or replaced as needed, ensuring consistent performance. Optional accessories such as Hydroshield splash guards, Injen front mount intercoolers, and X-Pedal throttle controllers are available to further optimize system performance and response.
Designed to be a direct bolt-on upgrade, the SP1586WR does not require additional tuning for installation, making it an accessible performance upgrade for enthusiasts and daily drivers alike. Manufactured in Pomona, California, USA, this intake system is built with quality and durability in mind and is backed by Injen's limited lifetime warranty. Please note that this product is not CARB exempt and cannot be legally used on street vehicles in California.
