It features a large 3/8" NPT inlet and outlet orifices, surpassing the capacity of standard models to ensure consistent fuel flow during intense driving conditions. Producing approximately 10 psi of fuel pressure, it requires an external fuel pressure regulator, such as Edelbrock’s Fuel Pressure Regulators #8190 or #1727, for optimal operation. The pump’s clockable lower housing allows rotation in 60-degree increments, providing flexible inlet and outlet alignment for various installation configurations. This pump is suited exclusively for gasoline and incorporates a Prop 65 warning for safety compliance. Designed for easy fitment on compatible Ford models, including various 1970s Ford Ranchero and Torino models, it offers reliable high-volume fuel delivery essential for performance engines. Note that this part is not CARB approved and is intended for racing and off-road use only. Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
