Description

Upgrade rear braking performance with the EBC S13K R1056 brake pad and rotor kit, designed for select Subaru Impreza applications from 2002 through 2007, including the 2006–2007 Impreza 2.0 Turbo WRX. This matched kit combines high-efficiency EBC brake pads with premium rotors for smooth, consistent braking and convenient installation. Purchasing the complete kit helps provide a properly paired braking solution compared with sourcing separate components.
The included EBC brake pads feature patented Brake-in coating to support proper bedding and dependable initial braking performance. The rotors are fully balanced and run-out tested to promote smooth operation, while the Geomet anti-rust coating helps protect exposed rotor surfaces against corrosion. The Thermic Black coating is designed to remain on the rotor during installation; it is removed naturally from the pad-swept area during the first several stops after installation. Do not use brake cleaner or another method to remove the coating, as coating removal before installation may affect warranty coverage.
This kit is intended for the rear axle. Do not install upgraded rear pads unless the same upgrade is fitted to the front of the vehicle. Verify vehicle year, model, trim, engine, and axle position before ordering to ensure correct fitment. The EBC S13K R1056 provides a practical replacement and upgrade solution for drivers seeking reliable braking response, corrosion resistance, and the quality associated with EBC Brakes.
