Designed for vehicles without carbon ceramic brakes, this complete OE-replacement assembly combines a high-strength cast iron friction ring with a precision-machined aluminum center bell for dependable performance on the street and track.
The outer ring is cast from high-copper, high-carbon G3500 disc alloy to support consistent braking under demanding conditions. EBC’s patented SD-Drive floating bobbin system allows the friction ring to expand and contract as temperatures rise, helping maintain stable braking performance during hard use. Stainless steel bobbins resist corrosion, while anti-rattle spring clips at each bobbin location help keep operation quiet compared with many full-race 2-piece rotor systems.
The aluminum bells are hard anodized for enhanced durability and a clean appearance. By reducing unsprung rotational mass compared with heavier one-piece designs, these EBC Racing rotors can contribute to sharper turn-in, improved tire contact, and more responsive vehicle handling. The serviceable 2-piece construction also allows the worn outer friction ring to be replaced while reusing the center bell and stainless steel bobbins, helping reduce long-term maintenance requirements.
This front vented rotor assembly uses a 5-bolt mounting pattern and is engineered for select 2021, 2022, and newer BMW M3 and M4 models, including G80, G82, and G87 applications. Verify vehicle fitment and confirm that the vehicle is not equipped with factory carbon ceramic brakes before ordering. Professional installation is recommended, along with inspection of related braking components and proper bedding procedures.

Eligibility

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
