EBC Racing RP-X front brake pads, part number DP8767RPX, are engineered for peak on-track and race performance. Designed for demanding braking applications, the RP-X compound delivers a 25 percent higher friction coefficient than EBC Racing RP-1 across its operating temperature range, along with a more positive initial bite and excellent pedal feel. This makes the pads particularly suitable for heavy vehicles and vehicles with inherently under-servoed braking systems, including select Porsche 911 and 928 applications.
RP-X brake pads are built to maintain true race performance at extreme temperatures and provide consistent braking response during aggressive track use. Their Nucap NRS system provides secure hook-style pad retention, while stainless steel backing plates support durability in demanding conditions. The compound is also designed to be kind to brake discs and rotors compared with many high-performance racing materials, helping support reliable braking system operation during repeated hard stops.
Because RP-X is optimized for maximum on-track performance, increased brake dust and brake noise should be expected. Disc wear is comparable to many popular track and race compounds but is greater than EBC Racing RP-1, which produces less aggressive braking characteristics and may be preferable for light- to medium-weight vehicles, vehicles without EBC Big Brake Kits, or vehicles without ABS. This EBC Racing front pad set is intended for serious track and race use and is designed for compatible Porsche 911 and Porsche 928 applications.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
