EBC Racing DP82415RPX RP-X rear brake pads are engineered for peak on-track and race performance. Designed for vehicles that demand strong braking authority, these pads deliver a friction coefficient approximately 25 percent higher than EBC Racing RP-1 pads across their working temperature range, along with a more positive initial bite. This makes RP-X a strong choice for heavy vehicles and applications with limited brake servo assistance.
RP-X brake pads are formulated to maintain true race performance at the highest recorded racing temperatures while providing excellent pedal feel. Their stainless steel backing plates and Nucap NRS hook pad retention system support secure, consistent pad construction during demanding driving conditions. The compound is also designed to be kind to brake discs and rotors compared with many high-performance racing materials.
Because RP-X is optimized for maximum track performance, drivers should expect higher levels of brake dust and brake noise. Rotor wear is comparable to many popular track and race compounds, though it is considerably greater than EBC Racing RP-1. For light- to medium-weight vehicles, vehicles without EBC Big Brake Kits, or cars without ABS, RP-1 may provide a less aggressive and more suitable braking characteristic.
This EBC Racing rear pad set is designed for select BMW and Toyota applications, including the Toyota GR Supra equipped with a 13.6-inch rear rotor. These pads are intended for track and race use where high-temperature performance, immediate response, and consistent pedal control are priorities.

Shipping Coverage

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
