EBC Racing RP-1 race rear brake pads, part number DP82415RP1, are engineered for drivers who want consistent track performance with excellent modulation and controlled brake response. Designed for applications using a 13.6-inch rear disc and TRW brake calipers, these pads provide a progressive pedal feel without the snatchy engagement commonly associated with aggressive racing compounds. RP-1 is especially well suited for light- to medium-weight cars, vehicles without ABS, and cars equipped with standard or non-EBC big brake systems.
A defining advantage of the EBC RP-1 compound is its exceptionally low disc wear. Testing by EBC Racing has shown RP-1 to produce less rotor wear than virtually all other competing race materials, while still delivering good pad life for demanding track use. The compound also offers a quieter, more manageable driving experience than many high-friction race pads, making it a practical choice for vehicles that see both circuit and performance-road use. RP-1 is formulated to maintain reliable braking performance across its operating temperature range.
Compared with EBC Racing RP-X, RP-1 delivers a 25 percent lower friction coefficient throughout its working temperature range. This balanced friction level makes it better suited to lighter vehicles and brake systems that do not require an extremely aggressive pad. Heavy vehicles or inherently under-servoed applications may be better matched with the higher-friction RP-X compound. Verify vehicle, rotor, and caliper compatibility before installation.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., special-order items, customized products, or perishable goods).
Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
Return Process

Refunds
