EBC DP82343RP1 RP-1 race brake pads are engineered for drivers who demand consistent, controllable braking on the track without excessive disc wear or an overly aggressive pedal response. Designed for the front axle of select Hyundai N performance vehicles, this compound delivers a progressive pedal feel and exceptional modulation to help maintain precise braking control throughout demanding driving sessions. The RP-1 compound is particularly well suited to light- to medium-weight cars, vehicles without EBC Big Brake Kits, and applications without ABS.
Compared with EBC Racing RP-X pads, RP-1 provides a 25 percent lower friction coefficient across its working temperature range. This makes it a more balanced choice for vehicles that do not require the highly aggressive characteristics of RP-X. RP-1 also avoids the snatchy pedal feel and high noise commonly associated with some race-oriented brake pads, while still offering strong performance and dependable pad life for track use.
These EBC racing pads are designed to provide exceptionally low disc wear compared with virtually all other race materials tested by EBC Racing. Their durable formulation supports repeated high-temperature braking while helping preserve the condition of compatible rotors. For heavy vehicles or inherently under-servoed braking systems that benefit from a more aggressive pad, EBC RP-X may be the preferred alternative. Confirm vehicle and brake system compatibility before installation.
Application coverage includes the 2019-2021 Hyundai Veloster N, 2022 Hyundai Veloster N, 2022-2023 Hyundai Kona N, and 2022-2025 Hyundai Elantra N. These front race brake pads are supplied as an application-specific EBC Racing RP-1 set and are identified by part number DP82343RP1.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been altered, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
