EBC Yellowstuff DP41157R front brake pads use an aramid-fiber friction compound developed for drivers who need confident braking on both the street and the track. The compound delivers strong friction from cold without requiring a warm-up period, while maintaining increased braking performance as temperatures rise during demanding driving. This makes Yellowstuff a versatile upgrade for classic performance vehicles equipped with stock calipers.
Designed for high-speed stopping, EBC Yellowstuff provides a high-friction braking response with excellent resistance to fade during hard use. The compound has been used in competitive racing applications, including vehicles such as the Mazda MX-5 Miata and Camaro race cars, and is recognized for its rotor-friendly performance on appropriately matched vehicles. These pads are intended for drivers who prioritize braking capability over reduced brake dust; for premium street driving with lower dust output, EBC Redstuff may be a better choice.
These EBC front brake pads use FMSI pad number D011 and are engineered for select classic applications, including the 1965-1969 Dodge Dart, 1964-1967 Plymouth Barracuda, 1966-1967 Plymouth Valiant, and 1967 Mercury Cougar.
