Product Description
The CARDONE 20-6000 remanufactured power steering pump restores smooth steering assist on a wide range of classic GM RWD cars, trucks & SUVs (late ’60s–mid ’70s). Each unit is engineered to meet or exceed OE performance, with design reviews for durability upgrades and full hydraulic efficiency testing for pressure, bypass, flow, steering effort, and noise.
Critical components (cam packs, spool valves, etc.) are triple-tested. Every pump uses 100% new O-rings and premium HNBR seals for superior heat resistance, and precision-finished shafts to minimize seal wear. Pressure relief valves are individually calibrated for consistent steering feel. As a remanufactured OE unit, it ensures proper fitment, while reducing material and energy use by up to 80% versus new production.
