Upgrade your 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, 3500 HD, or GMC Sierra 2500 HD with the aFe Momentum HD Cold Air Intake System featuring the Pro 10R filter. Designed with an innovative filter-to-housing interface, this system maximizes airflow by accommodating the largest possible air filter, which is essential for off-road applications where performance and filtration are critical. The 9-inch tall, pre-oiled, radial flow filter with a 5-1/2 inch flange incorporates ten layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media, ensuring excellent filtration efficiency and maximum performance. Its inverted top and expansive surface area promote longer intervals between maintenance, while reinforced metal components prevent filter collapse under demanding conditions. The system's housing is constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), providing durability and resistance to heat soak, with a clear sight window for quick inspection without disassembly. The streamlined design reduces parts count, simplifying installation, and integrates factory air scoop inlets with no additional hardware needed. An optional auxiliary inlet allows for increased airflow, optimizing performance under heavy loads. The custom-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube guarantees a perfect fit and enhances power gains, constructed from durable, heat-resistant XLPE. Stainless-steel T-bolt clamps and silicone-reinforced couplings ensure strength and longevity. Overall, the aFe Momentum HD system offers a high-quality, easy-to-install upgrade that delivers improved airflow, power, and filtration for your diesel truck.
